RPG Data Forge — Starter Edition
A downloadable tool
RPG Data Forge is an offline browser-based generator for creating coherent starter data for RPG projects.
Instead of manually inventing hundreds of placeholder items and balancing them by hand, generate a complete dataset in seconds, tune the parameters, validate the relationships, and export the result to JSON or CSV.
WHAT IT GENERATES
• Weapons
• Armor
• Consumables
• Enemies
• Loot tables
• Shops
CONTROL YOUR DATA
Adjust settings such as:
• Fantasy or sci-fi naming
• Number of levels
• Rarity distribution
• Economy scale
• Damage and defense progression
• Dataset size
• Deterministic random seed
USE THE SAME SEED, GET THE SAME DATA
Generation is deterministic. Save a seed and settings and you can recreate the same dataset later.
BUILT-IN VALIDATION
RPG Data Forge checks generated data for problems such as:
• Duplicate IDs
• Broken references
• Invalid loot-table links
• Impossible values and ranges
EXPORT
Export generated data as:
• JSON
• CSV
The package also includes ready-made fantasy and sci-fi starter datasets plus minimal loading examples for:
• Unity / C#
• Godot / GDScript
• JavaScript
NO ENGINE REQUIRED
RPG Data Forge runs locally in a web browser. It does not require Unity, Godot, Node.js, Python, or an internet connection.
The generated data is engine-neutral and can be adapted to custom engines as well.
FREE SAMPLE
A free sample dataset is available below so you can inspect the data structure before purchasing the full generator.
LICENSE
Commercial use of generated data is allowed. See the included LICENSE file for details.
